In mid 2004, the National Telecommunications Council CONATEL through resolution No. 600-21-CONATEL-2004 awarded LOJASYSTEM the license for Value Added Services or Internet with nationwide coverage.

Likewise, through a strategic alliance with an authorized carrier or Carrier company, KLIX is able to offer Internet links through any type of technology, be it satellite, wireless, telephone or DSL.
